If water gets in, then something is broken - you probably need to get the seal repaired. Replace the seals. Replacing the seals is useless, i did this and a few weeks later the water was back again!! So then i took out the whole sunroof assembly and used silicone (making sure not to block the drainage pipes that run down into the wheel arch) to completely seal the sunroof so it was airtight. 4 years on and it hasn't leaked one drop.
