open rear door, remove Phillip screws, the in tire assembly comes out, now you have access's to bulbs.

You must remove the tail lamp assembly to replace the bulbs, Open the liftgate, there are 2 screws on the inside edge of the light, with the 2 screws removed pull the tight straight back to remove it. you can't , have to replace the whole light assembly. call the gm dealer.
To change brake/tail light you need to remove the two screws in the tailgate jam, by the upper support cable of the tailgate (much easier with tailgate lowered!) and the tail light housing should pop out. The socket for the light is a quarter turn counter clockwise and the bulb is exposed.
Same fuse as the tail light circuit.
