Remove fan shroud Drain radiator Remove upper and lower radiator hoses Remove upper mounting bolts Lift radiator out of lower support cradle
Upper is hose connected to top of radiator, lower is hose connected to bottom of radiator.
Under the housing where the upper radiator hose hooks to the engine.
If your truck is overheating!!! Then check the upper radiator and lower radiator hose's , if the lower is cooler the the upper the either the thermostat is not opening or the radiator is clogged
Remove the upper and lower radiator hoses and transmission lines from the radiator. Remove the fan shroud and the upper and lower bolts. Raise the radiator up and out.

The lower radiator hose supplies the water pump. The upper radiator hose supplies the radiator.
The lower radiator hose is exposed the more weather.
Four cylinder, under the housing where the upper radiator hose attaches. Six cylinder, under the housing where the lower radiator hose attaches to the engine.
1.drain engine coolant 2.remove the upper and lower radiator hoses, and the atf cooler hoses 3.disconnect the fan motor connectors and ect switch connector 4.remove the radiator upper brackets, then pull up the radiator 5.remove the fan shroud assemblies and other parts from the radiator install the radiator in the reverse order of removal set the upper and lower cushions securely fill the radiator with engine coolant and bleed air
