Take off door panel, 3 torx bolts t30, 1 by door handle, 2 underneath the silver trim. Also push the pin in on the upper portion of the door on the side. Pull with force to remove panel.
There are three bolts that must be taken out torx 30 size and there is limited space so use a 3/8 ratchet with the torx and take your time. The bolt heads that need to be removed are on the reverse side of the motor (can't see them). Once you take the bolts off pull on motor - will pop out with some force. Unclip the motor with flat head, and reverse removal. Clip new motor in, pop in gears - line up with bolts first - push in firmly. By hand, turn all three bolts back in and then use ratchet to tight - be careful not to strip the bolt and motor.
Be patient and the lowest bolt will come out you need to come in and a different angle to get to it in most cases. This took me a half hour the first time and 15 minutes the second time. It is extremely easy once you know what you are doing. I could probably do it all in 15 minutes.
Good luck.
