GENTLY!. You will have to pry up wood grain panel on window switch, cheapest way is to visit local junkyard and scavenge the switch, 2 bucks, but if the wire between the door and front end is cracked inside the Accordion tubing you ll spend extra time replacing it. Good Luck.
