This is a wide open question, but in general terms one at a time. Take the old one off, and match it up with one of the new ones. inspect it to make sure its the same length as the old one, and it doesn't hurt to look inside to see that the terminals are the same as well. I would also apply a dab of dielectric grease. It aids installation, weather proofs, and will make them easier to remove in the future.
