You can report the user in the "Report Vandalism and Abuse" thread in the Community Forum. See the related links.Make sure to include a link to the user's contributions when you report.
If you see a user that is answering multiple questions incorrectly (or violating our Community Guidelines in any other way), please report the user via the "Report Vandalism and Abuse" section of the Community Forum. A Supervisor will then deal with the Vandal ASAP.

Above the box that the question is in there is a 'report abuse' button. Click on it and select the reason. The report goes to a Community Assistance who evaluates that user and determines if they deserve to be warned or banned.
To report inappropriate usernames, you have two alternate choices. One way is to click on the link below to go to the Community Forum in the 'Report Vandalism and Abuse' section. Create a new topic and that is where you can report inappropriate usernames on WikiAnswers. The other method is to just post a message on a Community Assistant's message board with the link to an inappropriately named user.

You can contact a supervisor and give them a link on their message board to the user or the question the user has vandalized. They will take care of the issue from there. You can also click the "report abuse" button located above the right side of each question. If the answer is only a minor problem, you can flag an answer by clicking "Flag" in the blue bar to the left.
An ID is an unregistered WikiAnswers user, and is a guest contributor to WikiAnswers. Any guest is allowed to ask or answer questions, and it is just part of the rules.
