How do you report an issue with Twitter I have been hacked by someone from Istanbul. They are Sending tweets as me and adding friends constantly. I have reset my password several times already. Help?

If you have been hacked on Twitter from someone from Istanbul sending tweets as you and adding friends, you can report your issue to the Help Center. They will ask you to reset your password and then proceed from there.
