If you have a hard copy, scan the document, and print it. Then you can save it to your computer for future recall. Or you could simply photocopy it. If you don't have a hard copy and you have lost the data from you P.C. you are likely to have a recall function which should find the document for you. This function had been on most MS based programmes since the days of 3.11. More recent software generally stores it at last store point.
