I have a 2.3 quad 4 in my 95 z24 and a 2.4L in my 01 z24.
Specifically the steering column.
Take the valve cover off and the plugs will be right under it
The front sub frame is all the same from 95-02 cavalier, Z24 or sunfire. i had a rotten one in my 97 and used a frame from a 01 sunfire GT
.060 2.3 and 2.4 OHC Engines 95-97 0.060,,, 98-01 0.050
around 120,000 miles is when there will be some minor problems but they are all easy and/or inexspensive fixes. Ive had 3 cavalier z24s a 96, 97 and a 01. each one of them is still running. 96 has 122xxx, 97 193xxx, 01 147xxx.
I'm pretty sure the brake line is 3/16" and the fuel line is 1/4". I'm doing a complete brake line replacement on my 01 Z24 right now.

Depends on what your trying to swap.
Dont know about the rest,but,97-01 is 205-55-16. The owners man. says front to back and back to front. My brother sells tires and he says it dont matter as long as the tires are not directional tires. The chioce is up to you. I have 1 tire reversed on my z24.It has been on there quite a while. No problems yet.
If it came out of a Cavalier....Yes,they are the same. But other model's, like an Alero, No. This one has a different gear ratio and it will confuse the computer and set off trouble codes(check engine light)
