You can't. If you need another copy of your key made you must have the dealer clone one for you. If you don't have a key to the car, you must pay for programming and key match. No way around it. Sorry. Usually 100 bucks programming if you need a new key (i.e. keys were stolen) and 30 bucks per key.

I heard that if you buy a transponder key, what you do is put the original in the ignition, and turn it to the "on" position. Leave it for a minute or 2, take it out, do the same with the new key, and the new key should be programmed. not 100% positive though.
