There is a little button on the information bar, click on the Toshiba Factory button and then choose restore media defaults and it will reset back to the defaults.
Go to Settings>Restore Factory Settings The default security code is 12345 you gho to internet browser settings then restore factor code s 12345
Unplug it from the wall for about a hour and it should revert to the default factory settings.
