I had the same problem with the Samsung D600 and found that the password was 8 zero's (00000000).
Give that a try, it should probably work - can't do any harm.

If you dont have your code you can pull out the radio get the numbers on the side or top then call the service dept. at an new car dealer.
remove the radio of the car than it will be a # on the radio call your locar vw service dealer to ask for the code.
It should be a 5 digit code (you have to call an acura dealer with the serial number) just press the digits and it will unlock. Hint... if you've entered the wrong code you may have to remove power to reset it.
