We have two S330 machines here in Afghanistan that was shipped to us from a unit that was leaving country. No one left us a password to either.

Go into settings, then general, then passcode lock, enter your passcode then click change passcode
you have to reset it.
You would have to reset your i touch by connecting to the computer, going to iTunes, then completely reset it.

You can do a master reset. You would be resetting everything into it's factory settings.

if you can remember your password, type it in, and go to settings. reset your itouch job done will teach you to remember the code :P The important thing to remember is to Set-up as a new iPod and not restore from back up. The latter will result in the restriction code still being there. If you are talking about the passcode on an iPod, you will need to plug it into your computer and reset your iPod from your iTunes account (All settings and information will be erased, but the passcode will be gone). If you are talking about combinations regarding a safe or lock, you will need to call a locksmith!
