Your safe code for your radio is unique to the vehicle. You can go have it reset at an Audi dealership for $20-40 dollars.

I have an 1996 Audi Quattro A6 i changed my batteri and my radio went to safe mode. How do i get my radio off safe mode?
engine has defaulted to limp home mode... (engine fail safe mode) get to a dealer or mechanic as soon as possible
"Audi Quattro cars are considered safe, and Audi has a reputation for safe vehicles. They use many safety features, such as air bags, the Electronic Stabilization Program and all-wheel drive."
It is completely safe. I've used it for years without problems.
jaguar sovereign engine failsafe mode reset
My EPC light is currently permanently on. The dealership told me that they need to check the computer and reset something but it's perfectly safe to drive until I get it fixed.
"reset your engine"?? this makes no sense. If you mean what happens if you don't reset your check engine light, then the answer is usually that the car will put itself in fail safe mode or limp mode. Depending on model and what code is causing the check engine light. Either way gas mileage will suffer, and usually car is limited in RPM's and power.
Honda dashboard lights are powered by a single fuse. The taillight fuse keeps the dashboard, taillights and hazard lights safe. If any of this units cause a short all of the components will not work.
Well upon checking the web, it appear that is the "A Light Out" warning light. Which I would think means that there is a headlight, taillight, or turn signal light burned out. Check it out and be safe out there!
Hi the flashing coil light doubles as an engine management light the computer has probably got a stored fault code and put the engine into safe mode. Diagnostic check required.
