That is an open question. What part of the OBD system are you looking at?
You need an OBD scanner or take it to your local Auto Parts store. Stores like Advance auto parts can usually read codes for you. The generic codes they read out can be converted to Volvo's OBD codes. The generic codes usually start with the letter P.
it means you can appear the obd code problem, and the obd2 scanner can help you solve this problem.
A person can reset the check engine light by using an OBD scanner to clear the codes. This is after the problem is fixed.
You need an OBD II Reader (On Board Diagnostics) to plug into the socket located inside the console between the driver and passenger seats. If you do not want to buy and OBD II Reader then go to an auto parts store and ask them to read the error codes and reset the Check Engine Light..
You can reset it with your OBD reader or you can disconnect the negative battery cable for a couple of minutes to reset the check engine light.
Trouble code P0751 means: Shift solenoid A,performance problem or stuck in Off position
on my 2000 I disconnect the positive battery cable and press down the brake pedal for 30 seconds and that will reset it
It is OBD 2
The 2000 Dodge Neon is a OBD 2 port
YOU WILL NEED AN OBD II SCANNER AND THE LOCATION OF THE PLUG IS IN THE CENTER CONSOLE.(FRONT PASSENGER SIDE OF CENTER CONSOLE)
That car uses an OBD-II computer interface system, and you must use an OBD-II interface device to reset it. NOTE: Some auto shops, and parts suppliers, offer this service at a low or no fee.
