Just to the right side of the steering wheel post is a 1 inch by 2 inch plastic plug. The emergency lights are placed in a similar plug on the left side of the wheel. The plastic plug will come out easily with a small screwdriver or such, and located behind it about 1.5 inches, you will find a small switch. Take a screwdriver or lever and move the switch to the right or left. That will turn off the light for 50 k when you will need to do it again. when you do it again you will move the switch to the other side.
