You have 2 choices for window reset, first, you should push the down button to the bottom, hold it for 10 seconds, then all the way to the top, hold for same 10 seconds, this should reset the window memory. If you still have an issue, remove both battery cables and use a dual sided alligator clip wire, touch both terminals together for 30 seconds, this will discharge static, and should allow you to reset window operation. Remember, dis-connect battery terminals from battery so you do not pop computer. IF the problem remains, you are into a window switch or module, have fun.
