How do you reset the mixture controls on a 32cc engine on a Craftsman Brushwacker string trimmer?

I always screw them all the way in then back them out 1 1/2 turns. 1 turn equals 180 degrees of the screw not a full 360. once you set it there try starting it. if it doesn't start turn the low speed 1/2 turn at a time out until it starts then fine tune it from there
