You need oil
To reset the oil light on a 1999 Honda Passport, start by turning the ignition to the "ON" position without starting the engine. Press the gas pedal three times within five seconds. Then, turn the ignition off. When you turn the ignition back on, the oil light should be reset.

If you look in the area of the light, under the speedometer, you'll see a small hole. Put your ignition key in there and turn it to reset the oil change light

Try this. Push and hold the odometer trip reset button while turning on the ignition but not starting the engine. Hold it for 5 seconds. This should reset the light.
Get your oil changed, and have the service reminder reset.
