I found a reset button under the dash board. You may want to look there first.
It is in the dashboard cluster along with all the other warning lights.
Press the small button under the dash, by the steering column, with the ignition on. If the tires are properly inflated, the light should go off immediately.
There is a button under the steering wheel press it in for about 5 seconds and the light will go out. Then your tire pressure is low it will light again check your tire pressure inflate then push the button again.
An orange circle with an exclamation mark in it.
After making sure you have inflated ALL your tires (including the spare) to the proper pressure - on the very bottom lip of the dashboard - just to the left of the steering column there is a push-button. Turn the ignition on and depress this button for about 5-10 seconds. If the tires are properly inflated this should extinguish the tire pressure warning light.

The upside down 'U' with an exclamation mark inside is the Low Tire Pressure warning light on your Toyota 2005 Highlander. This light indicates that one or more of your tires has low air pressure and needs to be checked and adjusted accordingly.
AnswerThis just happened to me again. Every time the tires are rotated the dealer fails to clear the light. Turn the key to the "on" position and press the button (the one along the bottom of the dashboard near your left knee). Then hold the button in until the light flashes 3 times. This resets the system. It's described in the owners manual if you have one.Useful answer, thanks! One addition: On my 2004 Highlander I found that you have to push the under-dash button first to turn the pressure indicator light off. THEN, you push it AGAIN and hold it until it blinks three times in order to reset the system.Just experienced on my 07 Avalon that you also have to check the pressure in the spare tire. All the wheels have the same sensor (including the spare) back to the warning system.
There is a reset button underneath the dash just right of the hood latch. Pressing and holding will turn it off. Then let go of button and press it again and tire pressure light will flash 3 times and then reset.
You have to hold the tire pressure button down until the light starts flashing, after 5 seconds press the button again( do not hold it). This will reset the system, and recalibrate it to the new tires
I believe you are referring to the tire pressure warning light. If so - make sure that all tires (including the spare) are inflated to the factory recommended pressure (see sticker on drivers door jamb). Then, on the drivers side, slide your hand along the underside of the dash panel. Just about underneath where the steering column passes through the dash you will feel a little push button. With the ignition turned ON depress this button and hold for 10 seconds, and it should reset the tire pressure warning system. BTW: These instruction are also included in the Owners Manual.
