Sadly you can not reset it. It is one downside to xbox live. I have bad rep too and it is unfixable.

When a user goes to your profile they can submit a people review, this is your rep they are doing. They can like you or dislike you in several different options.
You can't cancel out the bad reputation in Xbox Live, but what you can do is try to be a better player and instead your good rep will scale and eventually balance out with your bad rep. This means that now you may have had 85% out of 100% of bad rep, however, if you get more people to vote you as a perferred player, that number will change because 100% of the people that voted on your reputation will increase and that 85% will go down. So, Putting it in the simpilest terms I can, the people that hate you won't go away, but you can get more people to like you so that it makes it seem that there is less people that actually hate you.
