You cannot reset your history, sorry!
There is no way to erase your own history - or that of any other user - on WikiAnswers.
If your iPad dies, your history will not be reset. Simply charge your iPad and it should be fine. Do not mess around with the iPad and reset settings or delete history, because this will actually reset all the history.
The list are reset at the start of the month.

You cannot clear your WikiAnswers history. That history is used by people on the website to help identify vandals and people who make counterproductive edits to the site. It is also used to see when people make good edits to the wiki.
They can't. The history is a permanent record of 'who did what' on the site.

Information about you (e.g. your IP address) will be logged by WikiAnswers. If you ask or question (or do any activity that involves changing anything on WikiAnswers) your IP will be publicly visible on the question history.
