You cannot clear your WikiAnswers history. That history is used by people on the website to help identify vandals and people who make counterproductive edits to the site. It is also used to see when people make good edits to the wiki.
Clearing your browser's cache and cookies will clear your history. Contributions made under your user name or IP address cannot be deleted.
There is no way to erase your own history - or that of any other user - on WikiAnswers.
History logs on WikiAnswers are not easily cleared or deleted, nor are they meant to be. For tracking purposes, contributor histories cannot be cleared unless the account is deleted. If you wish to close your account on WikiAnswers, see the link below for instructions.

You can clear your history in Kaspersky by going to settings and then history. The clear option is then made available along with save and export based on personal needs.
WikiAnswers does not make separate search entries on your browser, but your browser history will contain all sites and searches unless you delete them. To delete history in Windows, you use your Internet Options page. To delete history in Google Chrome, select history from Tools, Edit Items (upper right) and the Clear All Data button.
There are a two ways to do this.In Safari, click the book at the bottom of the screen, and then click on History. At one of the top corners, you should have the ability to clear the history. Tap clear and then clear the history.Go to Settings, and then to Safari. Scroll down a little bit and then tap 'Clear History' to clear the history.
If you mean that whenever you start to type in the Answer or Ask box above, and it automatically suggests the history of what you typed, the only probable way to get rid of it is by deleting all of your internet browser's history. If that doesnt' work, then only not typing in the Ask or Answer box for a long time will make it go away.
