If your internet is not wireless, follow these instructions:
- Make sure that the Ethernet is connected to the modem and to the computer.
- Go to Start Menu, then go to Control Panel, Network and Internet, then view the information of your modem, and, if there is a problem, you must diagnose in order to resolve it.
- When connected, just refresh the page.
- Make sure that your DNS is correct.
- Look at the lights in your modem, if the PC/Activity is turned off/ On line is flashing means there is a problem in your modem, so that the page will not be displayed, or you will not be able to connect to the Internet. The same way as all the lights of the modem are turned off.
- Make sure that the Broadband/USB is plugged into your computer.

- Make sure that your signal is too high.
If it is wireless:
- Same as in the second step that you will go to the Start menu, Control Panel, Network and Internet, information of your modem, Diagnose if there is a problem. But here, you can look the information of your Wi-Fi.
- Make sure that the password, the DNS, and the WPA key are correct. If not, authentication failed.
- Same as the third step, when connected, refresh the page.
- Make sure that your signal is too high.
