Take a deep breath. Then absorb that criticism to help make your self better but if you cant improve don't worry about it no one is perfect so let it slide. Also, try not to hold grudges with the person who criticized you because grudges get you nowhere in life.
All positive criticism is good, and always remember what was good about your work so that you can make it better in the next piece you make. All negative criticisms should be accepted graciously, and again, remembered for the next time to make your work better.
Think about the person that gave it to you just wanted to help. They want to make your paper/whatever you are doing better, so that it can be the best possible.
