In every town there is a red-roofed Pokemon Center that heals Pokemon. You can also go to rest houses but Pokemon centers are far more common. The other way is letting one of your Pokemon learn a healing move. My Grass-type Pokemon knows synthesis and Giga drain which are ultra handy.
