Get the flute from the Pokemon ranger in the pokemart then go to the spear pillar step up to the base of the stairs the flute will hum blow into it go up the new set of stairs and down the glass walk way and fight aruceus.

You can now there will be a guy in there he will tell u to go lay in the bed do it you will wake up on new moon island go through the opening in the trees and fight darkrai.
