climb up the cliffs that are northeast of the sphinx. you will find some levers and upright bridges. you need to push down all the bridges. then, if you go to the top of the cliffs you will find flowing water. depending on if the lever is pushed to the right or left,the water will flow either right,left or down.keep switching the levers until the water reaches the ground.
