You need to adopt one wire harness from the horn relay ,neither from contact #30 or the other contact of the coil of the relay.Then one end of the wire will go to one of the terminal of the toggle sw and the other end will be connected to body ground.Else, Just need to replace the clock spring...for new model cars..

If you have no power at the horn connection when the horn switch is activated replace the horn relay.

There are several possibilities, depending on the condition of the wiring harness of your truck in general. The horn is operated through a switch in the steering wheel, when it is pressed the current can run through and the horn lets out a sound. If the problem is in the steering wheel switch, I would advise against disassembly by the owner of the vehicle unless he is a skilled car electrician. In case there is nothing wrong with this switch and you can find the wires leading to the horn in the wiring harness that leads to the horn, you can simply reconnect them to the horn. If no sound is emitted when pressing the "horn" in the steering wheel,then the wire from that switch to the horn could be broken or a fuse may have blown. It is easy to check the fuses in the fuse box. In case you need to install new wires - there are two - from the steering wheel switch to the horn, you disconnect the wiring harness below the steering column, then lead new wires from there to the front end of the truck. You find out by a trial and error method where the original wires connect to the horn from the wiring harness below the steering column. Once you find this the rest is easy, simply connect the new wires directly from that junction of the harness to the horn. An alternative method is to rewire the horn and bypass the steering column switch, installing a new switch in the dashboard that is operated by hand. This may not be legal in all countries so you should ask before you make any alternations. be careful to insulate all contacts as a fire hazard may easily arise from bad or wrong wiring, for this reason do not undertake electrical work on a car unless you are perfectly sure what you are doing. Need to clarify what you are asking. The Horn Relay is inside the relay/fuse box behind the battery. The Horn Switch is located in the air bag in front of the steering wheel. You must replace the air bag module to replace the Horn Switch. The Horn switch grounds the relay which then powers the horns.
