for this you need an explosive skill as given.you can meet one Mr Burke in Megaton.he will give u a pulse type of a thing.you need to place it in the atom bomb .go to tennypenny tower and ejoy the fireworks

∙ 13y agoGet the pulse charge from Mr. Burke in Moriarty's Saloon and strap it to the bomb... unless you already killed him. I think you need an explosive skill of 35 or higher to rig it.
