In North America (USA, Canada, etc.), 877 is a toll-free code, along with 800, 888, 866, 855, and 844.
To dial them from a North American cell phone (mobile), just dial the toll-free code and the 7-digit number. For example, 877-555-0123. Although there are no toll charges, airtime charges may still apply.
For American numbers, prefix with country code +1
The USA uses country code +1

All Northern Ireland mobile numbers start with 07. What you do is dial the international dialling code, which is 0044 and then drop the first zero of the mobile number and then starting with the 7, dial the rest of the number. So if the number was 07999999 then you would dial 0044 7999999.
To ring a landline in Northern Ireland from the Republic of Ireland, replace the area code 028 with the special shortcut code 048. More generally, to ring any number in the UK, including a Northern Irish mobile, from the Republic of Ireland, replace the leading 0 of the UK number with 00 44.
If you are ringing from the USA or Canada, dial the same number as normal. The network will locate the phone - you are not expected to guess where in the world the mobile phone is currently! From the rest of the world, prefix the number with the USA country code +1

To ring a Spanish mobile phone (anywhere in the world that it may be physically located), you dial your international access prefix (most commonly 00, or use the plus sign on a GSM mobile), followed by country code 34 for Spain, and then the 9-digit Spanish number. To ring a mobile from some other country that happens to be physically in Spain, dial the number exactly the same way you would if it were in its home country.
