there are many ways to "rip" your tooth out, you can use a piece of string or if you want to use your hands follow the directions below
1 wash your hands and dry them afterwards
2 get a good grip on the tooth
3 twist the tooth or pull it up and down
4 when you feel it's very loose pull the tooth up wards very quickly
VOILLA your tooth is out, get tissue and bite on it to absorb the blood.
get teeth numbing stuff and just get a string and yank it out ...put enough numbnest that they cant feel you poke their tooth or gum
that means your dying..
Numb your tooth with ice or a popsicle then yank it out, the faster the less it will hurt!
There will be a chance of pain if the tooth is still attached. If the tooth is ready to come out, use a fast motion and push the in tooth in the direction of the tongue. Fast impacts and pulling with a yanking motion should lessen the amount of time there could be pain.
Put your nail under the tooth and pull it up and it will get looser and keep doing it and it will come out

In case you are suffering from unbearable tooth pain, emergency tooth extraction at the dental hospital can help. You can get the dentist consultation easily at the emergency clinic at any time. They are quite helpful when you are in pain. @charlestonoralandfacialsurgery
Without pain: if you want to pull out a loose tooth with no pain, this is what you do. Wiggle your tooth back and forth and up and down. If it doesn't come out then, take a Kleenex and put the Kleenex over your tooth. Pinch your tooth really hard and pull it out. It wont hurt. With pain: if you want to pull a loose tooth out with pain (if you don't really mind), this is what you do. Wiggle your tooth for about 10 minutes. Take some pliers and pinch the tooth. Gently pull out the tooth. It usually doesn't hurt. This is the classic tooth-pulling strategy.I hope you guys get your money from the Tooth Fairy! *wink* Bah-bye, now!
this is a tough one. Most of the time, a local numbing anesthesia will take the pain away during the extraction, however, if enough infection is present, the Novocain will not penetrate the infection. In this case, go to an oral surgeon that can put you in a light sedation to do this.
Tooth pain.
try puting ice on it to numb it then just wiggle and twist the tooth until u break all the gum then put the ice again tie a string to the tooth and let somebody pull it the faster less pain! it took me 2 days...
to get a tooth extracted with minimal pain you need to go to your dentist and get it removed surgically
Sorry. Pain is going to be felt. You may be able to dull the pain some. Use the over the counter ora-jel. It may help with the pain of pulling the tooth out so the new one may grow.
