Click on File, Save Project. Or you can Finish/Publish the movie (exporting it as Standard format) on the computer. Or you can save it on a thumb drive.

Keep in mind that youtube doesn't accept .wmv files. If you're making it from Windows Movie Maker, when you are saving it to your computer, click either save movie, or for computer. Do NOT click save project, this turns it into a work in progress and a .wmv file.
Download it at home then put it on a flash drive and save it to a school computer.
Easy- If you are on Windows Movie maker, select publish movie, click save to computer, and pick the location! Easy as pie :3
If Works will not convert your Word document, you may have to re-save your document at school. If you click on "Save As", go down the list of possible formats. There should be one or two choices to save in a Works format.
It should not close on its own once you have saved your movie to the computer. Check your version of Windows Movie Maker to ensure it is up-to-date with patches, fixes, etc.
The picture files have to be located on your computer to edit/use in Windows Movie Maker. Simply right-click on a picture and choose "Save as". Once the picture is saved on your computer, you can import it into the program.

No it can't save battery but it can save space in your computer.
You can save a movie in movie maker easily. It can be saved via the save project option.
