There are 2 ways. 1. you can take a screenshot and to do that press the home button and the power button at the same time. or 2. Try pressing the picture and saving it it doesn't work will all pictures.

∙ 11y agoThere are two methods of saving pictures on the iPhone. If one is using the Camera app, the picture is automatically saved to the Camera Roll in Photos. If one is browsing the internet or using an app which supports the saving of pictures, simply hold a finger on the image you wish to save until a menu appears. Possible options on the menu include Open, Open in New Page, Add to Reading List, Save Image, and Copy. Select Save Image and the picture will be saved to your Camera Roll.
