you can't in the demo version, it sucks!
Go To: -> File -> Export -> Sibelius 2, 3, 4, 5...
Yes, you can. At least in Sibelius 5 and 6. Sibelius 5 has the functionality to create a servicable "distorted guitar" by combining instruments and filters. A better one is available if you buy the "Rock and Pop" soundbanks. Not as sure about Sibelius 6, but it DOES have a guitar.

There are numerous score writers for the Mac including Overture/Score writer, Finale/Allegro/Notepad/Song writer and Sibelius all of which have demo versions to download. (See links below)
The Demo lets you experience minecraft, where as if you buy it you have all the features like, Full Single Player and Multiplayer. Full Single player as you can play and save, apposed to playing the demo where you can't save. A demo (for ex., PCGamer) might have an allotted time of which you can play, for example, 90 minutes. Though, you may save in this demo.
It won't save itself.IN full version.You will lose all magic when your level in demo is maximum for demo.
Garageband is great for recording songs with live instruments. It is awful at notating music though. Its does have a pretty good midi interface but the notating is pretty limited. If you are looking to write scores and music Sibelius is much better. I have only used a demo of Sibelius, but still, it lets you do just about anything with the notation. It also allows you to play back what you've written as well.
No. He will be demo v0.6 came out on June 13th and I did not see him in the demo.
