If you took the pictures yourself, then you just need to attach your computer via USB and then in "My Computer" there will be a device called Apple Camera in which you will find your pictures.
If you found the picture using Safari, hold down on the picture and tell Safari that you want to save the picture and then follow the steps above starting with connecting your computer via USB.
If the pictures are from an app, refer to the apps instructional guide (if there is one) on how to save a picture.
