It depends on what you are trying to say.
If you are looking for the expression that is also translated as "if God wills" or "God-willing", the expression is: In Shaa Allah (إن شاء الله)
If you are looking for a literal translation of "If God permits" (i.e. the same as "If God allows"), it would be: Edha samahaho Allah (إذا سمحهالله)
it means ( by God's leave) or ( if God permits/wills) & it's written in Arabic as follows: " ان شاء الله " & Muslims have to say it after each plan or intention.
