There are various ways of saying 'bye in Ukrainian.

You could say "до побачення" (formal), which means "good bye". It is pronounced "do pobuchenna", where the "u" is pronounced as in the word 'trust', the "nn" is doubled and soft, similar to the "n" sound in the the English word "knee" (the end of the word is pronounced much like "knaa" instead of "knee").

You could also say "бувай" (informal). This is pronounced like "boovuy", again with the "u" sound as in the word "trust".

If you want to say something more like "see you there" or "see ya", you can say "побачимось" (informal), pronounced "pobuchemos". Again, the "u" is like in the word "trust", the "e" is similar to the French "-er" as in "parler", and the "s" is soft as in French word "si".
