In 1532, the leader of the Inca was Atahualpa. This emperor of the Inca was seized on his way to Cuzco by the Spanish under Francisco Pizarro. He was executed in 1533.
The Spanish fought the Incas from 1532 to 1572 when the last Inca ruler was executed.

He was not and never was at war with Spain but in 1532 Henry was paranoid about the threat of a Spanish invasion- as at this time he was trying to divorce Katherine of Aragon who was the Spanish King's aunt. That is why there are many Tudor castles along the southern coast of England because Henry was building up his coastal defences in case of a Spanish invasion.
