君の事が好きのよ - kimino kotoga sukinoyo = Very matter of fact, can be said plainly or initimately

好きなのよ - suki nanoyo = This can be used much like the one above, depending on how you're talking at the time

君が大好きです - kimiga daisuki desu = This is the closest to being a direct translation of the original question, but in natural usage, the others too will communicate the same sentiment and it's of primary importance to forget about what is normal in English when attempting to communicate normally in Japanese.
