There are, at least, three ways to sign "Lauren".

First and easiest to convey the word "Lauren", is to fingerspell it. While a lot of words have sign equivalents, more often than not proper names, like "Lauren", do not. So fingerspelling the name is fine. If you might be referring to her again later in that same conversation, after fingerspelling her name, select a spot in space as "her" and point to it.
