LE Starbucks. "coffee stores" existed in France long before Starbucks and though there quite well may be a Starbucks on every corner in Paris these days, the gathering points for the locals is the "café" or coffee house. I assume that is what you mean by "coffee store". If you actually want to purchase unbrewed coffee in a store try a general market.
