Fist is 拳头 in Chinese. It is pronounced "kuen tou"

"kuen"

It has a "Q" sound for the "ku", so it doesn't sound like "koo" but rather like "queue". Then you add on the "en", but it's not like "english" or "entire" but more like the "un" of "unicycle".

Try saying "queue" and "unicycle" a few times and add the first syllables of each together.

"tou"

This does not exactly sound like "toe", but more like "tao" sound.
