There is no such language as "Muslim". Islam is a religion and a Muslim is a practitioner of Islam. The Holy Language for Islam is Arabic.
In Arabic, to say "I hate you" is different depending if the "you" is masculine or feminine and singular or plural.
I hate you (m.s.) = Ana akrahak (أنا أكرهك)
I hate you (f.s.) = Ana akrahek (أنا أكرهك)
I hate you (m.p.) = Ana akrahkum (أنا أكرهكم)
I hate you (f.p.) = Ana akrahkunna (أنا أكرهكن)
Note the "h" in "akrah" is aspirated.
