Karley is pronounced the same in English and Spanish. It is improper to translate a person's name.

If you wanted a native Spanish-speaker who had never heard the name to be able to 'read' it, you could write: Kali (with an accent over the 'a'); otherwise, they may well read 'Karley' as 'KARR-lay-ee'.

'and' = 'y' (pronounced 'ee')

The names will be pronounced the same if they've been heard.
