We don't use the passive voice in French, so just: Tu m'intéresses (je suis intéressé par toi is a bit heavy)
A women's Voice gets lower. Just not as low as a man's voice.
clame comes for the verb 'clamer', meaning to shout or say in a very loud voice.
Introduce the concept of the "inside voice" to your child, and make a game out of it........you say, "Outside voice" & start shouting, then "Inside voice" and speak quietly, etc.
