Phonetically it would be Pie-a-ya and which when written so is an approximation of the Spanish pronunciation. However the majority of English speakers in the UK would probably say pie-ell-a.
The word 'pie' is パイ (pai) in Japanese. It's pronounced almost exactly the same as in English, but with a slightly different accent.
Ye is the old English way of saying you. In 1600 they would say "Would ye like a piece of pie?" we would say "Would YOU like a piece of pie?"
