mister in xhosa
"Green" in Xhosa is "luhlaza."
Replying an email is pretty simple. All you have to do is select 'Reply' and then you write what you have to say, add a period (.), and then select 'Send'.
Depends on the email. Bulk email and newsletters that go to lots of people generally don't need any sort of reply. If you get an email from a friend or an email about work you are generally expected to reply. Conversations in email can end just like normal conversations can. You don't have to keep replying if neither person has anything left to say.
The various email sites are user friendly; there is a reply icon (or a curving arrow suggesting a returning motion), a send button, and so forth. It should be pretty apparent. If you do not know what to say, you probably don't have to say anything, but you can always say, thanks for your email, all's quiet on the western front, hope to hear from you again.
