There are several ways to phrase it when describing something: 6つ頭の物 (mutsu atama no mono)、頭が6つある物 (atama ga mutsu aru mono)、6つの頭のある物 (mutsu no atama no aru mono)、6つの頭を持つ物 (mutsu no atama o motsu mono)、 etc. Replace 'mono' (物) with whatever you're talking about, of course.

If you mean to say "it has six heads" as a sentence, you can say it 「6つの頭を持つ」 (mutsu no atama o motsu), 「6つの頭を持ってるんだ」 (mutsu no atama o motterunda) , or even 「6つの頭があるんだ」 (mutsu no atama ga arunda).
